How do I enable JavaScript in my browser?

The following instructions describe how to enable JavaScript for various browser types.

In order to function properly on our sites, you will need to have JavaScript enabled in your browser.
To do so, please follow the instructions below:

Internet Explorer (7.0)
1. Select 'Tools' from the top menu (or Tools button in the upper right part of the screen)
2. Select Internet Options.
3. Click on Security tab.
4. Click on Custom Level for internet.
5. Scroll down until you see section labled 'Scripting' (close to bottom).
6. Under 'Active Scripting', select 'Enable' and click OK
7. Confirm Yes and click OK.

Internet Explorer (6.0)
1. Select 'Tools' from the top menu
2. Choose 'Internet Options'
3. Click on the 'Security' tab
4. Click on 'Custom Level'
5. Scroll down until you see section labled 'Scripting'
6. Under 'Active Scripting', select 'Enable' and click OK

Internet Explorer (5.x)
1. Select Internet Options from the Tools menu.
2. In Internet Options dialog box select theSecurity tab.
3. Click the Settings... button. The Security Settings dialog box will pop up.
4. Under Scripting category enable Active scripting.
5. Click OK twice to close out.
6. Click Refresh.

Mozilla Firefox (2.0, 1.5)
1. Select 'Tools' from the top menu
2. Choose 'Options'
3. Choose 'Content' from the top navigation
4. Select the checkbox next to 'Enable JavaScript' and click OK

Mozilla Firefox (1.0)
1. Select 'Tools' from the top menu
2. Choose 'Options'
3. Choose 'Web Features' from the left navigation
4. Select the checkbox next to 'Enable JavaScript' and click OK

Netscape Navigator (7.X)
1. Select 'Edit' from the top menu
2. Choose 'Preferences'
3. Choose the arrow next to Advanced.
4. Choose Scripts & Plugins.
5. Check Navigator beneath "Enable Javascript for".
6. Click OK.

Netscape Navigator (6.X)
1. Select 'Edit' from the top menu
2. Choose 'Preferences'
3. Choose Advanced
4. Choose Enable JavaScript for Navigator
5. Click OK.

Opera 7.X
1. Select Quick Preferences from the File menu.
2. Make sure Enable JavaScript is checked.
3. Click Reload.
or
1. Select Command Preferences from the File menu.
2. Select the category Multimedia.
3. Check Enable JavaScript.
4. Click Reload.

Safari for Mac OS X (1.0)
1. Select 'Safari' from the top menu
2. Choose 'Preferences'
3. Choose 'Security'
4. Select the checkbox next to 'Enable JavaScript'
